Great news surfers, on tuesday the Ventura County Board of Supervisors approved the proposed Boundary Map for the Carpinteria Sanitary District Assessment District for Rincon Pt., bringing the end of septic tanks one step closer. A final vote of local residents remains a significant obstacle, so now is the time to become active and voice your opinions! 'Forever Stoked' Summer Art Show
Check out this annual show which will be happening in Morro Bay on Saturday, July 21st. On display will be original pieces from Rincon surfers including: Charlie Clingman, Chris Pedersen, Peter Pierce, and others. So, Rincon surfers, if you think we have it tough during the Summer months, you should check out the sloppy conditions that our brothers over here in the U.K. have to contend with. 2-3 foot windswell in Santa Barbara County is beginning to look pretty good from here...
Only one determined Brit was out taking a crack at it. I didn't see him catch a wave, though...
