I just love when such over sized events are organized. Everything is so entertaining and there is something fun to do or see for everybody, no matter of their age. The concerts after the contest is finished are just the cherry on top of the whole event.

I'm always looking for new surf destinations. I'll put New Zealand on my list! I've done Australia, Tofino (the greatest surfing in a non-tropical environment, in my humble opinion, and the people are so amazing there!), Hawaii... Nice video. I can't wait to surf these amazing waves!

I like this phrase: the darkest night is before the dawn. I believe the victory of the team depends more on the coach than on the players. In the book by Enthony Robbins Awaken the Giant within which I found at rapidshare search engine http://rapidpedia.com there was a story of some soccer team. The coacher asked all the boys to play 1 per cent better then earlier. Everybody felt that 1 percent is not much and that he is able to play a little better. At the end the team became the best at the several seasons.
